* my boss pisses us off. i guess there must be something which went wrong. she is not totally dedicated to her job, unlike my previous boss..she comes late everyday  at after the launch hour. in a week she managed to withdraw her presence mentioning that she is on leave, mc, stomach ache, got fever sort of typical reasons which we have been already expected. reading her message that she will be not around turn us on. we feel happy as no one will interrupt our works. nobody will bother and makes our woRks delayed.

when she is around, she will spend more than an hour chilling out with her 'crony'. she reaches the office after the lunch break, then goes for another break at around 4pm. so, she spends most of her workloads away from her desk, excluding the functions that she prefers to attend instead of sending her own staff to be representative. if possible, she doesn't want be to in the office. she wanna go out, breathing the outside air, spending her leave abroad and bringing  some stuffs from the oversea. 

i like her actually. she gives me a little freedom to express my ideas vis-a-vis my previous head. she also preserves the authenticity of my masterpiece. as the youngest ever "boss" in this career, she wants us to reach such stardom. she wishes us to be in the same limelight as her. but on the other hand, she doesn't dedicated to her career. she abandons her works until it troubles everyone. i really hope she realizes of all these.

*still about her. this week there's a speacial cultural program in an east coast state. our department is directly involved. so, we supposed to have a representative..she sends me to represent her durig the meting with the_umno_wing guys who are responsible to organize that event. then, i took note some points concerning that matter and i submitted to her. i wished i could delegate everything i've noted to her. but she refused opening her ears listen to the things i've discussed with them. she even gave the_guy_who_does_promotion a call asking him what will she do? so it stinked me anyway.

she has sent me as the representative. so how come she still asking the guy, as i have already noted the point of the meeting? is she sick or what? i learnt she also have a 'nice time' loafing with that guy for minum2 in a cafe. i thought she has already discussed about points of the meeting with that guy. so, i expect she knows everything. when i asked her that things, she said, she never discussed it with that guy.. what??!!!! so, she was just wasting time, chatting and at last she pleaded she didn't know...herrrrrhhHHhh...and i just wasting my tie attending that meeting.

* yeah...another thing...still about her.. she didn't decide who (among our dept. staff) who will go to the east coast state? who will represent our dept.? no, she didn't say it. the promotional guys had several times asking me the name..but she still pending the decision. i don't know what was wrong then..

on monday, she decided not to send anyone for the representative. what the heck? it's ok, we take it. but we still curious how come there will be no representative, as we are one of the organizer? is that logical? i don't think it is though...so we did our job as usual and never asked her about the question anymore.

then today, that promotional guy had asking me the same question: --> the name of the representative.. this time, he send the message from our big boss, that no matter what, there must be a representative from our dept. i didn't want to contact her anymore. that pisses me off.

so, cik_toe, had called her and asked her to gave the big boss a call. URGENT!!!  it is a must-decided case. we didn't bother what she was going to say to our big boss. at least we relief. let her talks with the big boss herself. if anything happen, she will answer, because we have done all we can as she requested.

* kak F will be aboarded for performing pilgrimage. (hajj) next week.there will be a special program for her..with solemn heart we asked kak F praying that our boss will change her attitude..will approach the praying mat..it's not only for us, but utmostly for herself..

* cik adik a.k.a mr_geek will be bethrothed on 26th of nov. he mentioned he is preparing for that day. a ring has been bought and everything has yet ready. i hope he is happy as i'm 'happy' hearing this news.
